I've had it charged it's been on the charger for a day and a half overnight and I tap it or I'm wearing it it doesn't go to the information it only does that when on the charger is there something I did wrong I've deleted it twice and Reese did the setup is there something else I can do to have this work

When I wear it nothing come on. I also don't get notifications. It will come when tapping
