What is the issue that your having @Mrsbruce39_ ?
You say you cant pair, which is correct, a user can not pair their tracker to the phone.
Is your tracker connected to you Fitbit account?

Ok the tracker is connected to your Fitbit account, and the tracker has been removed from the phones bluetooth.
What is it that is not happening @Mrsbruce39_
