Can’t reset my Alta HR and the display is not working correctly

My Fitbit is rapidly cycling through all the displays.  This started when I took it off the charger.  I tried resetting with the button in the usb connector but it didn’t do anything.  It also won’t sync.  I’ve been having periodic problems but tech support told me to call them “next time” (but they are not open right now).  Any thoughts or suggestions? Can seem to attach the video or else I would.
