Can't reset my Alta HR

I am trying to reset my Alta by following all of the troubleshooting steps: I'm plugging it in and hitting the reset button 3 times. Every time my Alta just vibrates and shows the battery charging – it never resets or shows the logo. I cannot get my Fitbit to sync with my Bluetooth and need to reset my Fitbit. Please advise

Hi @Acon05, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for trying to solve this prior posting. Have you checked if your Alta HR battery is charging?, if so the lights on the back should be on. If the lights are off you can follow the instructions in this link Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?.
