Hello!
I have been invited to a challenge a couple times by my husband but I am not getting email notifications nor can I see it on my dashboard. Any ideas?
I just restarted my phone to see if I could see it on the app, but now I am missing one of my friends! 😞

@JazzVenturer It's great to have you aboard in the Community! I would like you to make sure that your phone has the most recent app version installed.If so, please try logging out of the app, restart your phone one more time, open the app and log in. Once this has been done, please check out if the challenges appear on your Dashboard.
Also, check out your spam or junk mail of your email account since the email invitations might've gone to those folders.

My husband is having the same problem. He has the 2.37 most up to date iOS version, has tried closing, rebooting, getting it on the dashboard on both his phone and iPad and it still won't work.

yes, all my problems started when I updated the app. Now I can't see challenges or the community icon on my phone

@klpRN @IOPChick It's great to see you both in our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that the challenges can't be seen after updating the Fitbit app. I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it's working again so I can determine the cause of the issue.

the "challenge part is set right, now I can't see the "communitpy" feed on my mobile phone since I updated the app, and my "profile icon" has moved to the bottom of the screen, so community has disappeared. Its very frustrating, as I have logged out and logged back in, turned the phone off and back on, and even uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Im at a loss as to what to do. I can't see what's going on in my groups, share a badge or trophy or anything. Help!

@JeanGrafton Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your app is not showing your challenges. Please let me know the following details: Does your Fitbit app show the "Challenges" tab? If possible, send a screenshot of the main page of your Dashboard.

One of my friends is having the same problem. Hadn’t seen any of our invitations for awhile, so last weekend she uninstalled then reinstalled the app, and the Weekend Warrior challenge showed up. Then came Monday, and none of the challenges are showing up again!

I have reinstalled the app, updated the app. I cannot see the challenges I have been invited too. There is no invitation on the phone app. I get an invitation in my email and click Join but nothing happens. There is no where on the app, either on my computer or on my phone to see the challenge. I used to see them. I used to get the invite on my phone but I don't anymore. I have them invite me again. It's so annoying. Please help.

Like you I can't accept them on though my email. I can't even see that they sent me any. I've reset everything so many times. I'm wondering if it's the update,

I cant see the challenges either. No challenge tab. Please help. Also there is not a way to upload a screenshot. Please provide me with your email and I can send it, thanks.

This just started happening to me as well. I updated the app and I can no longer see any challenges I’m invited too. They are not on my dashboard or anywhere in the app. I logged out and in and turned off my phone as suggested. Then I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and it is still not showing up. I do miss doing the challenges because they keep me going. Would love any advice you can give. Thank you.

@Jessom129 challenges are no longer available in the Fitbit app. They were discontinued on March 27. You can read more about these changes here.
