So I found my old fit bit and I have been trying to attach it and sync it to the phone I have now. However, when I tried to download the Fitbit app on my phone it kept saying that it was not compatible with my phone. I can access my account online but that's it. How am I supposed to sinc my Fitbit and use it if I cannot download the app??? Is there a way to sync it straight to the online profile and view it there? If there is no way to sync it then it's basically worthless . Any help would be very appreciated!

Hi @Blusmith  you need a minimum of Android 8 or iOS 13 to use the Fitbit app. Without the app, you can't set up or sync the data to the servers.
