went from old samsung to iphone se and when i access Fitbit app on new phone it says that email is already being used. I can't sync fitbit Alta HR without accessing account. I can access account on laptop with Fitbit dashboard but dont see anywhere to add new phone?????Help please

It sounds that maybe you are trying to create new Fitbit account on iphone. Do not do that; just log into the Fitbit app in the same account/email.
