I logged out from the app because it didnt sync and now I cant log in. It says ”opps something went wrong. Try agan”. And I’ve been trying again for days but same thing. I have the right username/password (because I can log in on the website), and I’ve tried to reinstall the app. HELP!

Go into your phone settings and clear the cache on the Fitbit app, that helps me solve A LOT of issues!
