Charged my fitbit to 100%, then after unplugging from charger immediately died within seconds!

My fitbit alta hr is about a year and a month old. I charged it to 100%, and as soon as I take it off of the charger, its dead. I put it back on the charger, its like 95%. Restarted the fitbit (clicking the button on the charger 3 times) multiple times to no avail.  Then shutsdown again. I dont think its a battery issue but a software issue!

I’m having the same/similar issue with my Charge 3. Says it’s fully charged but then goes dead with in a few minutes.

I give up with fitbit. I have had this same issues multiple times with their low quality products. I just bought withings pulse HR that has better features and connected GPS but 20+ days battery life! No more fitbit for me!
