Does anyone know where I can buy the clear plastic washer for the band?

 

Fitbit customer care no help as its out of warranty

Hi @PaulAD28  I have the Alta HR too. Not sure what you mean by the clear plastic washer. Can you explain a bit more about it? Also, you posted in the Charge HR area, so I'll move it to the Alta HR forum area.
