Greetings All,

Just bought the Note 9 last night...Does anyone have a solutions for keeping the sync for the Versa and the Galaxy Note 9? I seem to be able to receive the gmail messages but no text or phone notifications. How disappointing!

Thanks!

Shakti

I've done that several times. Also.... have removed and reinstalled the
app on my phone. Still nothing.

Yes... devices have the latest updates.

This works! Only problem is, I have to do this a couple times a DAY!  Frustrating. Disappointed with this high dollar piece of crap.

Hi,

I have 2 Fitbit Versas and Note 9 previously did sync with them. But I didn’t use the versas for few days and now Note 9 can’t find the watches despite them being kept next to each other. I have done as you said. No amount of switching off Bluetooth and reinstalling the app has helped.

What a waste!
