Is it possible to create a map of my walk route with my Alta?

Sorry, but no.  That requires GPS and the Alta does not have built-in GPS or support connecting to phone's GPS.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Ok, thanks for that, can you recommend a device that has the capabilities?

Thanks, Alan

If you use an iPhone, select the Fitbit app, and then click the + next to the banner which says 'XX days of exercise' (with an orange man running logo) to add activity and choose 'walk'.  Make sure your 'location services' are on, and your 'mobile data', for Fitbit.  Click start, and when you have finished click end.  When you next sync your activity you will see a map, like the one you posted here yesterday.

Hi Wo;fie, I have and android Samsung Galaxy S9+, and the first and only map so far that I have created I'm happy with especially after JohnnyRow had said no I couldn't!

Do you know if there is anyway to edit the maps to say mark points of interest?

Thanks for your help, Alan

Sorry Alan, I don't know.  I think if you edited a map it might delete it?
