Can anyone please tell me what the custom zone means, and how I find out, or know what mine should be?! Of course I know my rate which you minus 220 from your age, but, am not understanding the CUSTOM ZONE at all. Anyone out there have an easy explanation of how I can understand this custom zone and what my numbers should be? Or, how rather, I figure them out??? Thanks.

See What are heart rate zones?

As that article explains, Fitbit estimates your max heart rate as 220 minus your age.

Fat burn zone is 50%-69% of max.

Cardio 70-84% max.

Peak above 84% max.

Custom zone - most people won't want to bother with this.  If you want to measure time in some heart rate range other than above, you can set a zone with your own limits.

Johnny Row, I would like to add in my own custom zone upper and lower ,I did use to have it in , but unfortunately, I deleted it by mistake and can't recall what I had in for the upper or lower. So, now I completely forgot how I had added those numbers into custom zone prior. Idk, what i should do now, keep it at default and see what I get or try and put in some numbers and see where it takes me?? I'm lost .

From phone dashboard, click Account icon near top right.  Scroll way down to "Heart Rate Zones".  Click that and you can set a custom zone if you want.
