My daily heart rate graph is no longer showing up on my app.  I've logged off and logged back in, restarted my phone, and the heart rate is showing up on the app / fitbit in real time.  It's just no longer showing the daily graph, which is why I bought this in the first place.  I hope it's not because I stopped the 'all day sync', because that was using up the battery WAY too fast.

Hi @martidion, welcome to the Community Forums, sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with your concern, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using to sync your Alta HR? This occurred just after turning off the All Day sync feature or before? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
  7. Turn All Day sync on
