I first noticed it didn't sync in a timely way (by pc) unless I logged directly into fitbit application.
Then I noticed I lost my heart monitor. Underneath the heart is 2 dashes only. Obviously I can't track my sleep either now.
I have tried pushing the little button on my charger 3 times in 15 seconds and all it does is vibrate/light up my battery icon that is charging.
I called Fitbit Support recently who didn't help at all.
Other than the above problems, it still works to tell time, track my walking and charges.
Any suggestions- should I try Fitbit Support again?
