I woke up this morning and was able to see my steps/clock/HR/battery life on my Fitbit. I walked to the kitchen to start my day, looked down and a msg appears on my Fitbit to go to www.fitbit.com/setup.
I've had the unit for almost a year with no real big issues. I can't reset it bc my charger is at work, but still wondering if anyone had this issue before?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, seems odd that your device was randomly unpaired from your account. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? It's not necessary to restart your device, it seems that a regular setup process is what you will need to do to resolve this. That said, please check the instructions that are specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to setup your device.
Then, if you experience difficulties with this process, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
