When I got my Alta HR, I set up my account and the device. I was able to use it without any issues for well over a year now, but just this morning it started to display the setup website address.
The device is fully charged. I tried rebooting the device via the charging cable, taking the device off my account and trying to pair it again, checked to see if the firmware needed to be updated (but it says I have the most current version). Nothing makes the website disappear.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any ideas on what else I can try? I would like to try whatever I can before I resort to buying a new device.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your Alta HR prior to posting too. It seems that your device was unexpectedly unpaired from your account, this is the reason why the display is showing such information. That being said, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
