The contact points on my Alta HP burned my wrist badly in one shocking event!
Beware of this potential danger, and especially warn Senior Citizens you care about, as our skin tends to thin as we age.  
Resolution through Customer Service is projected by their admission to take 9-10 weeks!

Thank you!  
My concern is for the ones out there still being worn by older ladies.  Consumers who should have been warned of the burn danger.
There’s a lot of them out there.
