Does anyone know how to fix display so that I can see the time?  Unless during the night I cannot read display. Driving me mad.  Thanks

Hi @SBF1987  there is no way to change the display on the Alta HR. Some of the smartwatches, such as the Charge 4 and Versa series have that ability, but not the older models. Sorry. I have the same device.

Thank you - such a shame.  It drives me crazy.  I dont remember it being like this when I got the watch but now its hopeless sometimes when I am outside to see what the time is.

I've found the same issue, it wasn't like this when got it, as use to be able to see my notifications and check heart rate on workouts, it is a real shame seems pointless having it on my wrist if can't see the screen might as well put it in pocket!

I've been searching and doesn't appear to be a fix to the problem but alot of people have had the issue, I guess they just purchase a new one? Not exactly cheap fix and I can't afford to but a new one, or second hand for that matter
