Do all trackers now require a membership fee?

Why did my tracking features stop today? I can no longer click on + to open any of the trackers on my Fitbit app.  Does this now require a membership fee?

Hello @Songbird8 and welcome to the Help Forums.  Fitbit certainly does not have a membership fee for everyday tracking.  But it sure soundalike the app is misbehaving.  Try the following:

  • Delete the Fitbit app
  • Restart your phone
  • Re-download the Fitbit app

Some app issues are specific to the Android app to the iPhone app.  What type of phone do you use?  Also, I am not clear about what you mean about tapping on the + sign to open a tracker.  Do you mean the + sign on a tile?
