I've had a fitbit for YEARS! I don't need to see a BIG notification on the top of my screen every time I open my fitbit app - it's trying to tell me about "activity" or "sleep" or purchasing a new fitbit! Then it takes three times to X out of the notification! It's like you're purposely making it difficult to X out of so that we will read it for the 100th time!!! Stop it already!!! How can I opt out of this nonsense?? You're making me want to toss my fitbit!

Thanks for the detailed information shared. I appreciate that you've shared how this situation has made you feel. The messages you're receiving on your app are insights based on activity and sleep, if you would like to have personalized insights, you could subscribe to Premium

If you visit any page outside of the Fitbit app then you'll see some ads offering you to visit the store.

Are you seriously asking me to PAY to stop having you tell me about
'activity' or 'sleep' when I know how this fitbit works??? What the hell is
that about?? And what do you mean this is 'insight?' are you saying that
YOU/FITBIT are not the ones throwing this on my app? Please explain this.

Thanks.

@Dawn2017 Thanks for getting back. I'll be happy to clarify what you're experiencing.

The messages that you're getting are insights that Fitbit sends. However, these aren't personalized if you would like to receive personalized insights sent by Fitbit, you could subscribe to Premium

Insights are sent based in the information that your Fitbit syncs.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

@Dawn2017 Thanks for getting back. Your feedback is appreciated.

Currently, it's not possible remove insights. However, you may want to post your idea in our Feature Suggestion board, those ideas are reviewed by our team and the status will change based in Fitbit's plans.
