Like everyone else my Fitbit ALTA HR started with sleep pattern issues at the end of July. Then Aug 1 it died, like everyone elses it has been reset the lights go on while charging once it's removed from the charging device it is dead again. I'm sure we all know that it is not a coincidence that ALL of us are having the same issues at once. Spoke to REP and he also assured me it is not an issue to get us to purchase an upgrade.. Yea right. Apple did the same thing with an iPhone and got busted.... Keep logging complaints please.
