Feedback about Alta HR turning off

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Alta 11mon old and started acting weird, dying and unresponsive when fully charged. would reset, last about an hour and then die again. not a battery issue because when reset still says fully charged

engaged with Chat support - they kept not answer the question : is this a software or hardware issue, why is this happening?

Answer kept being :here is 25% off a new more expensive device

Me: why dont they even make this one anymore? shouldnt i expect more than 11 month? Turns out my first one died at 6 months and the replacement isnt under the 1 year warranty because it doesnt transfer over. so in 16 months 2 devices die.

the worst part was the chat person just sent some bs "oh i have not hear from you so i am ending the chat" and immediately vanished.

Poor form Fitbit. not only faulty devices with no explanation, but terrible customer serice
