FitBit App won't sync with MyFitnessPal app.

For several days now, the only way I can get MyFitnessPal to sync with the FitBit app (and thus recognize my step count) is to log into my online MFP account, and there, remove and then reinstall my FitBit as a synced app. This works, but it is not sustainable! Can you help?

I am having the exact same issue, although it won't even work for me if I delete synced apps and reinstall.  I tried just about everything last night.

I am glad that I am not the only one.  For some reason, I think it is the bluetooth connection.  I have had the Alta HR for about 18 months, and I never had this sync problem.  Maybe they updated the software on the fitbit app?  btw I have the fitbit app installed on a Samsung S10+.

My phone is a pretty old iPhone (a 7). I also suspect that the problem
could be Bluetooth related! But if that were the case, why would the Alta
HR sync fine with the FitBit app itself? There's no problem with that at
all, and another app I am currently using (NOOM, which I don't like and
intend to discontinue after my 3 month subscription is up), syncs pretty
effortlessly with the FitBit app. Question for other posters: do you have
the Premium (paid) subscription to MyFitnessPal? I've always just used the
free version, and I love it as is EXCEPT for this sync problem!
