Often times when I watch a show or movie later in the evening, FitBit tracks that as sleep. Does this happen to anyone else?

Hi @Katia_1994 since the Fitbit is a wrist based tracker, if you don't move around much, it can think you're sleeping. If I sit to watch a movie, that's a perfect time to charge the device. You can always edit the sleep log to remove that time when you know you were awake. I have the Alta HR, too.

This usually happens with a Fitbit device. Many Fitbits think your sleeping when you sit down and watch a movie since your heart rate is relaxed and you won't move around as much. However, you can always edit and delete your sleep log. This often happens to me so when I watch a movie I would charge my Alta HR.
Hope this helps you! 😉

yes, if I do not sit upright or move my hands while reclining, it will register as sleep. I just go in and manually delete that ‘nap’.
