My Female Health tracker is going back all the way to my birthdate in 1972. How do refresh and bring it to the current date?

Some say they just fixed it by deleting and reinstalling Fitbit phone app.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
