The green light / HR monitor doesn't go off.  Is there a repair centre in Gauteng, South Africa?

Hi @BelindaDG  there is no repair center for these devices anywhere. The first thing to so when something isn't working is to do a restart of the Fitbit. Try that and see if it helps. The Alta HR was discontinued over two years ago, so yours might just be getting old, too.
