Hi @Maxim Welcome to the Community Forums!. Thank you for the information you shared regarding the inconvenience with Heart Rate.
If you haven't done so, please try to perform a restart to your Fitbit Alta HR by following the steps here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Also, please make sure to check the Heart Rate setting on your Alta HR. It should be either on:
1. Auto (the default)—Heart rate tracking is active when you’re wearing your tracker.
2. On—Heart rate tracking is on regardless of whether you’re wearing your
tracker.
If the inconvenience persists, please let me know the model and the version of the operating system of your iPhone and iPad. Additionally, confirm if your steps, distance etc., are syncing correctly.
I look forward to your reply.
