Fitbit Alta somewhat waterlogged

I think my Fitbit Alta has stopped working as it got water in it when I was bathing a child. I really liked the model and am really disappointed you can't repair or replace it. Any suggestions to try and dry it out and revive it appreciated also would like Fitbit to think about all the dead Fitbit's (and accessories) clogging up landfills around the world...I have perfectly good accessories for this model I don't want to go to waste? I would by another model the same (if it was available), but I would prefer to repair it in the first instance.

Hi @Penguinchick84  put it in a bowl of dry rice for at least two days. Once you take it out, clean all the connectors on it and your charger unit. Try to charge it and restart it a few times. No guarantee it will work, but it can't hurt to try. Sometimes they revive and other times they don't. Let us know what happens.
