Please help!
I am having some trouble with my Fitbit Alta. I've had it for about 4 years now but I haven't used it in a few months. When I plugged it in it seemed to charge but stops working automatically when I remove it from the charger. I have seen on these forums that this is a common issue with this model and have tried restarting it while connected to my computer which seems to work for alot of people but sadly to no avail. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and also disconnecting and reconnecting it to my account. Nothing seems to be working for me, is there anything else I can try?
