Hi there, as the title suggests, my fitbit alarm works just fine in waking me up at a set time. The only problem is that even after I wake up, even after I tap on the alta HR fitbit screen to check the alarm, it still continue to go off in ten minute increments. I am not sure why this is so, the only drawback I can see for this so far is that is provides an inaccurate wake-up time for me in my sleep study. Wondering what I'm doing wrong, thank you.

On the Alta HR you have to press the side button to turn off the alarm. It sounds like you are just getting the snooze. Oops, thinking of Inspire HR, not Alta HR. Sorry.

Hi Johnny, My Alta HR doesn't have any side buttons.

Sorry, my mistake. I was thinking of Inspire HR, not Alta HR.

I think the Alta HR requires a double-tap to turn off alarm. Maybe a single-tap just activates snooze. Sorry, didn't actually try - don't have Alta HR connected but reading 'Help' section.

Hi Johnny,
Unfortunately, I've already tried double tapping, seeing the checkmark on my screen, getting up from bed and moving about. Then ten minutes later or so the silent alarm will vibrate once again.
