Hi there - my fitbit ran out of battery power one day and then when i charged it, it showed the battery icon only, but nothing when I disconnected it.   I have since reset it by pressing the reset button 3 times.  Now the screen is cycling through all the stat windows really quickly - whether connected or not, and I am not touching it.  Any advice?

Hi @LGRS That doesn't sound good. Try restarting a few more times (assuming you have only done it once). If that doesn't help then you will need a new tracker unfortunately.

Thanks so much. I had to throw it out.  Eventually the display just went blank.  Never recovered.   Have purchased the charge 5 and really love it!
