I have a alta HR working properly before, suddenly unable to sync, I remove it from my account and try t add back, but I can just find the device, after key in the pin it was unable to connect and I lost the sync function. I tried to reset it with the charging cable but it won't work, pls help

This is exactly what happened to me. I tried everything suggested and than called Fitbit support who walked me through everything again. There was no resolution for getting my Alta HR to connect to my pixel 3XL. Ended up setting it up to sync with a tablet but it is not sync'ing regularly unless I get close to the tabled or sometime I have to open the app on the tablet. The issues started occurring the week of 9/6 - 9/13.

I have an Alta HR, Pixel 3 on Android 11.
A lot of people. including myself, are having sync issues. I also did the 3 button thing with the charger.
Anyway, a new Inspire 2 works fine. I don't like it, so I got a brand new Alta HR. It won't sync reliably either, and won't even stay synced for the firmware update process (my old Alta HR was already up to date).
No replies from Fitbit so far on this.
