Hey been having issues with the fitbit app keeps saying it connot connect to the Internet even though my phone is connected I've tried through WiFi and mobile data. I have also tried reinstalling the app and turning the phone on and off with no luck. When I try to set up alpha hr it just says it cannot connect to Internet. Ive looked online and says to go into WiFi settings in the app though you have to click on the device, problem is I cant set up the device to get to this menu.
Is there any fix for this Im sure that there must be a Internet connection on the app as I can login into the app and browse the community section.

I figured out the issue. I was connected to a vpn which seems to have effected the connection of the app not had this problem with any other app though so not sure why it would has this effect
