Fitbit app not showing heart rate and sleep tiles

Alta HR reinstalled app and sleep and heart rate tiles no longer show. I've tried adding the tiles back in but message informs that they require a device with heart rate sensor and that doesn't include Charge HR and Surge. When I log in to Fitbit on my computer I can view my sleep record up to the date I uninstalled the app.

Thanks for your post and for troubleshooting this situation before posting. To better assist you with this, can you please confirm that you're using a Fitbit Alta HR and not Alta? Which mobile device are you using to check the Fitbit app? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

 

After doing so, please unpair your Fitbit from your account and set it up again following the steps that are specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.
