Fitbit app not updating

I have been without data in my app for 1 week and a half. I have Logged out and in, refreshed the app so many times it's not funny and can not work out why the app is not showing my step count or activity. It is showing calories used but not anything else.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared with me, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

So it started working for a week and now back to not syncing again.
