I have been without data in my app for 1 week and a half. I have Logged out and in, refreshed the app so many times it's not funny and can not work out why the app is not showing my step count or activity. It is showing calories used but not anything else.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue? @RicardoFitbit I have the latest os on my Samsung Galaxy S7 and tried uninstalling the app still no data. It shows on the fitbit but not the app. It isn't syncing with strava either.

So it started working for a week and now back to not syncing again.
