The Fitbit app won't start up on my phone when I click on it. It worked for 2 years but has just stopped opening up. I went to the app store and tried to open it from there, but it does the same thing - the screen turns white for a few seconds then back to my home screen without opening the app. I thought about deleting the app and reinstalling it, but then I will probably lose all my tracking data that's stored in it, right? Please help me!

Rich, I use my iphone.
I finally deleted the app from my phone and reinstalled it, and now everything works. And the good news is that I didn't lose any of my past information.
