Fitbit charges but doesn't stay on

Hi  my fitbit will charge but as add-on as I take it off charge the screen goes blank and wint stay on.   I gave tried to reset it

Same here. It just quit on me without any reason. It has been almost a week since im having this problem. Thought that  since fitbit is quite costly would be giving better service. Deeply disappointed.

They reply to me and said I can have 25% to buy a new one. Ridiculous!!!!!!
I will never spend that money on something that will break in a hr and they can’t replace

My altaHR charges but is flat again in a couple of hours.  No sleep details for a few weeks

Getting very frustrated with it.  May give up.

My Fitbit Alta HR stopped working suddenly.  It says it’s fully charged and it works when it’s plugged in to an outlet. The minute I unplug it, it stops working. It’s up to date and clean.  Can it be fixed?
