We bought a Fitbit Alta HR, now we experience the same failure many users have experienced - device is flashing though all screens. Restarting as for others does not work. Looking a the frequency of that failure in the chat, it appears that this is a know failure but Fitbit avoids responsibility waiting and hoping that those defects appear only after expiration of the warranty. Contacted Customer Service - off course only lame excuses. We till take this further as this is brand damaging and poor customer service practise. Here a general customer information or call back maybe the right choice, at least proper treatment of a known flaw which might be an epidemic failure....
