So my fitbit doesn't see my heartrate anymore. It's just stuck on 110. And the light is constantly on

The other light just stopped working.

Did anyone have this issue?

Or does someone k ow how to fix it?

Hi @Roosvondermay & @sablhbi5

Have you attempted to restart your fitbit?

To Restart the alta please follow the below directions:

  1. Plug your charging cable into a USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display. Your tracker will begin charging.
  3. Press the button on your charging cable 3 times within a few seconds, briefly pausing between presses. The button is on the end of the charging cable that is plugged into your computer. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, this means the tracker has restarted.
  4. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

Please let us know if this was helpful or if you need additional guidance.

Thanks for the suggestion. This did work temporarily. I think my Fitbit is just getting old. It seems that I need to restart my Fitbit once a week to keep the heartbeat tracker working.

I have the same problem, heart rate has said 120+ all evening & it’s not. The green lights seem to be permanently on, is this right? Also it has stopped giving me the detailed sleep stages although I have not changed the position I sleep in or the tightness of the strap. I’m going to restart it now & see if that helps but maybe it’s just getting old, worn it continuously since May 17!
