I have just bought a fitbit Alta HR which has connected but the sync keeps dropping. Ive just read that my Samsung galaxy j3 is not compatible?? Does this mean i have bought something incompatible even though the app works? And wasted my money?? How do i return it if so

I found it only half compatible with my samsung j3 only synced ladies section . It et up first time on my samsung galaxy 2 tablet , but I had to use a different email address as it kept saying it was already registered . It's working perfect .I have had it 3 days

My Samsung j 5 worked fine sometimes not get all calls text
not got it now as I dropped phone in loo it worked for 5 weeks then died

Same here! Ever since it updated mine and my hubbys are **ahem**! Were on firmware 26.26. My daughters works fine shes on a diff.firmware! I'm super pissed!!! Waste of $$$$

I bought a Fitbit Charge 3 in June 2019 from Kohls. At that time I had a different phone. Everything worked fine. Now I have a Galaxy J3 Aura. My Fitbit no longer vibrates, and notifications. I have tried everything.
How do I return the fibit if not purchased online?
