Hi,
I'm unable to link my fitbit with my AIA Vitality account.
I've tried everything including resetting device back to factory settings, revoking AIA Vitality app from Fitbit > Settings > Applications and then linking it again via the portal, but i continue to recieve the error 'disconnected'. I have the latest update on my phone and AIA and Fitbit apps are also up to date.
Can someone please assist? AIA are at a loss and can no longer help me.
