Fitbit not the company it used to be

Trying to get my Alta to update firmware (fails).  Went thru customer service and was told “it’s been a known issue for months and to keep waiting”.  No thank you.  After being a loyal customer for over 10 years I’m done.  I’ve spent money on the Ones, Altas, Blazes, etc: bought bands, chargers, dongles - never again.

That is a personal thing but try this anyway. Try removing your Alta from the account to factory reset it, then put it back into your account. That should work.

Did that several times before reaching out to the company and no go 😢
