My fitbit was fully charged when I put it on this morning. Went for a run and now it's dead and won't charge or turn on. I've tried cleaning the ports, doing a hard reset, and keeping it plugged in. My phone can't find it. It's about two years old and hasn't caused me any trouble up until now. Is it a lost cause?

I’m having this issue too! Several times over the past few weeks the band will stop working- dead screen and not
picked up by phone but this morning the battery was still half full... and then eventually it will spring to life again.. but missed anything activity or sleep in the middle!! So annoying!!

Happening to me too. Was fully charged when I put it on last night. And the HR light is now solid green.

Same here! My Alta has worked fine up until the last few weeks. Shows that it's charged, but the screen is black and it's not syncing with my phone even after I turn the phone off and then back on. I hope we get an answer about this!

Mine synched at 7:44 this morning and then just went black sometime in the next 30 minutes. Nothing happens when I plug it in either. Random that we're all having this problem right around the same time!
