hi,
I cannot log onto the fitbit website on my phone or sync my altaover a mobile connection because it seems as though fitbit has banned my phones ip address. how do i find out why my ip was banned ?

Hmm this is pretty weird since Fitbit does not have access to your account due to privacy regulations, and is not possible that we can banned your ip address. If you're not able to sync follow the Syncing Troubleshoot and keep an eye on it.

This happened to me today!! I cannot update my fitbit app from my fitbit cause they banned my ip address!! 😞
