Free premium trial and fitbit goes wonky and now shuts off. What do you think?

My fitbit began acting strangely since getting the free 90-day premium trial. It now simply shuts off as soon as I unplug it from the charger. It no longer syncs. I tried all the trouble shooting they advised and just called them to let them know nothing is working. They offered me the 25% coupon because, get this, my warranty expired just 35 days ago. Apparently it was for one year. I am currently on hold asking for them to reconsider because my problems started before coming to this point. I have a feeling I am not the only one this is happening to. They deny the premium service (which by the way never worked!) caused my fitbit to malfunction. Smells like fish...

Interesting.  My fitbit has been wonky since 6/2, and got worse on 6/15.  I thought maybe I should try the Premium, but sounds like that's no help.  Mine turns on, and I get data, but no sleep stages, and active minutes ourtrageously high.  All related to how the Fitbit and heart rate connect.... I think.  I'd be interested if others have same issue, with or without premium.  I've worked with Customer Service for over 2 weeks, and I keep being asked to try something new to fix.  Nothing has worked so far.

Yes, I'm having the exact same problem! I'm nearing the end of my free Premium trial, and it has worked perfectly up until last week. Sleep stages were simplified on 6/25, then 6/30 no HR was showing. I chatted with help and got that back, but then it was giving crazy high readings. My resting HR is 62, but it was reading in the 190s most of the day yesterday. Then it seemed to calm down for a few hours, then overnight it went crazy again.

I'm thinking there was an update or something that messed everyone up??

My Fitbit Alta HR has not given me sleep details since an update about a week ago. It only gives me time sleep started and ended. No score no REM or deep.  What’s going on? Everything else seems okay.
