Dear Support,

 

Fully Charged Alta not turning on despite restarts. Alta stays on while on charging. But it turns off after few seconds of removing Alta from charging cable. I have done multiple restarts, but this does not resolve the issue.

Yes, I replaced mine with an Inspire about a year ago. The salesperson
told me they are built to last 1 1/2 to 2 years. My Alta lasted over 2
years so I guess I was lucky. If you shop at Kohl’s and get Kohl’s cash,
that can be used toward a Fitbit.
