I am giving my Alta (2016 model) to my son and therefore I want to remove all my data so it's "new" for him to register and use, but I can't seem to be able to do this without running into problems. Can anyone give me the steps to do this? I deleted my account, but when I tried to find the site to register a device to tell him how to do it, it only took my to the page to buy new ones so I re-activated it until I can figure it out. Any help will be appreciated! Thanks!

Hi @SunsetRunner you'll want to remove the device from your account - click - and set him up with his own account as a new device/new account. You can expect to see calories burned, but that's normal. It should start from scratch for him.

@SunsetRunner the only info would be a few notifications.
When your son sets it up the tracker will be reset
Make sure you remove the tracker from your phones BT or your son will continue to receive your notifications.
