The two green lights won't go out

Are you saying you can't turn them off, or that they stay on even when you're not wearing the Fitbit?

 

If it's the first one then the short answer is that you can't turn off the green lights even if you disable heart rate tracking.

 

If it's the second one then try restarting your Fitbit. It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues. instructions are in Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
