Turned itself off yesterday and since then has been flashing the green lights on the back manically and really brightly which wears battery out.  Did not record quality of sleep last night either.

@Hoolietto have you tried a restart yet?

if not, plug it into the charger. Press the button on the end of your charging cable 3 times within a few seconds. You will see the Fitbit logo and the device will vibrate when the tracker has restarted.

Hi, thanks but I have restarted it and no change 😞

I believe there are two lights on the back - only one is blinking... It no longer gives my details on my sleep.

I read the reply - there is no button on my charging cable. What now?

Is there one on the side of the Fitbit?

I am not sure of what you are asking. I did find the button on the usb end of the charging cable and restarted it. My fingers are crossed that it will work. If you are asking about the light - on the back against my wrist. The bottom one is the one going crazy.

I found the button on the usb end of the cable. I restarted the Alta HR. I am hoping it helps. Only one light on the back (the bottom green one) is flashing.
